By using Remembero, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Remembero does

Remembero is a reminders, habits, and collaborative Spaces app for Android. It helps you create reminders (by voice or text), build daily habit streaks, and collaborate with friends and family through shared Spaces. Some features use device signals such as time, notifications, location, Health Connect data, and screen time — depending on your settings and permissions.

2. Your account

You can use Remembero locally without an account for basic features. Sign in with Google to unlock Spaces, cloud backup, and Pro features. Your account is managed through Firebase Authentication.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The content you create and share in Spaces (reminders, habits, messages)
• Keeping your device settings and permissions enabled if you want features to work (notifications, location, Health Connect, etc.)
• Treating other Space members with respect
• Verifying important reminders — Remembero is a helpful tool, not a guarantee

4. Collaborative Spaces

When you create or join a Space, you agree that your profile information (name, photo, handle) and any content you share will be visible to other members. If you enable the Locate feature, your location may be shared with Space members (you can go incognito at any time).

You can leave a Space at any time. Space admins can remove members and manage shared content.

5. Remembero Pro

Remembero offers a Pro upgrade through Google Play Billing. All purchases are processed by Google Play — we do not handle any payment information directly. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play. Pro entitlements may include increased quotas, additional features, or other benefits as described in the app.

6. Health & fitness data

If you create habits that use Health Connect (steps, sleep) or screen time tracking, Remembero reads data from your device to check goal completion. This data is processed locally — raw health values are not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Remembero for any unlawful purpose
• Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in Spaces
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or exploit the app or its infrastructure
• Impersonate other users or misuse the invite/handle system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. No warranties

Remembero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that reminders will always fire, habits will always track, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Factors like OS restrictions, battery optimization, connectivity, and device settings may affect functionality.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, missed reminders, or any reliance on the app for critical tasks.

10. Account deletion

You can stop using Remembero at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by contacting us. See our account deletion page for full details.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Remembero after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Remembero shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
